Hey, I’m Gabby!
As a college student who meal preps every week, I found myself constantly experimenting in the kitchen. I’ve always loved pickles, but I wanted something more than your average jar — especially when it came to spice. So, I decided to make my own. I added some peppers (okay… maybe a few too many) and accidentally created something that hit the spot.

To my surprise, no matter what grocery store I checked, I still couldn’t find any spicy pickles I actually liked — so I kept making my own. It started out as a fun hobby, but one night, while making a batch after work for some friends, I was on the phone with my mom. She asked, “Why don’t you turn this into a business?”
I didn’t have a good reason not to — so here we are, and this little pickle adventure has turned into something real. Made with bold flavor, real ingredients, and a whole lot of love — I hope you enjoy every crunchy bite as much as I do!
